Returns and Refunds Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped, etc.).

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend placing the new order as soon as possible to ensure availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@brightcoreholdings.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Wrong Items Received:

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@brightcoreholdings.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the wrong item at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at contact@brightcoreholdings.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with return instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided above
  5. Keep your tracking number for reference
  6. Wait for us to process your return (typically 5-7 business days after receipt)
  7. Receive your refund confirmation email
